What is Reiki

Reiki is a form of bodywork for deep relaxation and stress reduction that also promotes healing. Sessions are done fully clothed, using a light touch, and feels like a wonderful glowing radiance is flowing through you.

Reiki treats the whole person (body, mind, emotions, and spirit) and compliments traditional medical care and counseling by promoting recovery, reducing pain, and relieving side effects.
